Our Wellbeing Instructors can deliver wellbeing workshops to young athletes/ players on the talent pathway as well as their parents. We can cover a variety of topics including mindset, understanding mental health and wellbeing, building resilience, the adolescent brain, self-compassion and accessing support. What sets us aside is our holistic approach to wellbeing – our instructors are also passionate about sport and exercise!
We recently worked with the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) to deliver our workshops to young female cricketers on the talent pathway and their parents. The project was hugely successful and the outcomes were really positive.
“It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Pacesetter on our Mental Health & Wellbeing workshops for our Regional Development Centres. From the outset Kate was extremely professional and prompt with communications and her insight and approach in terms of developing the content of the programme was invaluable. The feedback from Parents and Players alike on both Kate and Julia’s delivery was very positive and there is no doubt that the workshops were impactful and of value.”

“On behalf of the Young Vipers RDC, I just wanted to say a big thank you for the workshops you ran. The feedback I’ve had from both players and parents has been outstanding. The parents particularly said your presentation skills were excellent, you explained everything in a way they could understand and feel comfortable with, given that it’s such a delicate subject.”
