Our instructors provide one-to-one mentoring for students using guided self-help techniques (also available to small groups). We can focus on a particular area, such as motivation or goal-setting and we tailor our approach to suit the needs of the student. These sessions are suitable to both primary and secondary school students and use a variety of techniques including sport, yoga and wellbeing worksheets.
