Please note, the name personalisation has a limit of 15 characters and numbers can be selected from 1-99. Due to the personalisation we will send you an artwork proof to sign off before we process the order. Orders will then take up to 4 weeks from being signed off. Once the proof is signed off, we are unable to offer refunds (unless the product is faulty).
